Very helpful staff that helped with the TV, extra tea etc. the only problem was we were there for 9 nights and weren’t offered fresh linen or towels. Property is very good location to train station, shops and restaurants. We could walk to everything. The apartment was fine for a quick 2 night stay. Minimal amenities and sparse furnishings. Someone met us outside for check in and offered early check in for an additional 30 chf . Price was good for Lucerne but a just a step above a hostel. Fine if you are jousting sleeping there and are out touring most of the day.
