Booked a single room and it was clean and a good size. Decent shared area too and plenty of showers / toilets.

I stayed here for two nights while cycling around watching England at the Euros. It is a very convenient hostel in Bonn’s old city centre. The staff are excellent: they even helped with some bike repairs and lent me some tools. There is also a good kitchen and common area.

Great parking facilities, good price and go out of way to assist if you arrive late via email

Valerie is lovely. Beds were squeaky but the price was right :)

The fact that random strangers are allowed access to the room without a key is extremely concerning. The hostel staff's explanation: that the person only comes once a year, is a weak excuse that only highlights how inadequate their safety and security measures are.

Friendly hostel for a good price

The hostel is nice and the staff very friendly. The limited check-in times (16.00-20.00) were not so convenient for me, but other than that I can recommend the place. Individual power outlets next to the beds would have been nice.

The internet didn’t work most of the time and when it did you had to put in the username and password every time. The showers were a nightmare. Half the time it took 3-5 minutes to get hot water and you had to constantly hold the handle down.

2/10 Poor

Vielleicht sollte man darauf hinweisen!

You get what you pay. Einfache, saubere Unterkunft in einem sehr bunten Stadtteil. 15min zu Fuss zum HBF, schnelles WIFI. Hatte mein Handtuch vergessen. Scheint nicht inkl.

2/10 Poor

I basically requested a double room as that was available at the time but, I was down graded to a single twin bedded room because I was single. The room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. The host was very rude and gave me a hard time when I wanted a coffee as she saw that I bought some food to have later but I had to go outside nonetheless. I was not trusted even though I said I'm eating the food later. You are treated like a school kid. Too many rules to the point that you do not feel welcomed. No breakfast available even though I was preparded to pay. You also get fined if you do not use their linen. Will never go back there again.
