An excellent hotel with a fine food restaurant. The reception team and restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Fairly expensive but thoroughly recommendable.

Very clean and comfortable room with great views. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but very tasty. Could do with more fish dishes on the menu is my only criticism. Bar was well stocked but a trifle expensive.

Really nice stay for 4 nights, staff at reception and the restaurant/BAR were very accommodating. Food was excellent and we dined two nights at the hotel. Only small thing was the state of the dining room tables. Glass stains, worn material which could easily be rectified by covering with a tablecloth.

Warm welcome. Clean comfortable room. Excellent food & service @ dinner - imaginative dishes with local ingredients and friendly, professional staff. The only minor negatives were the lack of air-con in the room and somewhat disorganised service at breakfast. However, would definitely recommend and have already planned another stay.

Hi all. I stayed at the Comis hotel for a week. First the hotel and staff were great my only problem was the food so here goes. I ordered a famous Manx Kipper it was the first time I ever had a crispy Kipper it was horrible, I ordered a stake all I got was the stake and half a tomato I had to pay extra for the chips this cost me say about £38 +. The menu when I arrived was the same as the day I arrived and that was only 6 or 7 main meals, the breakfast was not much better over cooked, dry. The special board was the same for the full week. So to finish off, Hotel great, staff great, food O/10 it was rubbish KFC was good one night.

A great hotel in all areas, except one and that is the service offered in the restaurant both breakfast and evening meals, maybe it was because i was a lone traveller on business but the service was appalling, I was left on evening waiting for half an hour for a drink at the table and in total I was over two hours in the restaurant having a meal for one, and no the restaurant was not very busy there were a total of 32 guests dining during my longest waiting times that evening,

Lovely stay. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Only downfalls - kids play area definitely needs updating and more attention to detail, spa treatments are never available when I book a late stay.
