Pros: - The accommodation was well maintained. - Perfectly located in the city center with only a 7-8 minute walk from the harbor. - Spacious room and bathroom. - Air conditioning available. - Responsive staff. Cons: - Non-existent sound isolation. All of the outside noise is inside the accommodation at all times of the day and night.

The hotel's location was really good, it is within walking distance from the vetian harbour and lots of restaurants. The room was very nice, but also quite noisy. The room was right next to a pretty busy street and we heard cars and motorcycles throughout the night. The staff was very nice and were able to hold our luggage after check out.

Great location, great service, great comfort

The location was perfect with walking distance to the old Venetian harbor and to Chania bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us really good advice on what to do and how to plan our activities the best way possible. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that it wasn't very soundproof and some of the other guests were a bit loud at times. But overall a really good and priceworthy option.

Very comfortable. Quiet, well-located, right at the portal to the older part of town and an easy walk from the harbor. I was there 3 nights and liked it very much. Internet was a small item to improve. It worked fine, good! But it kept logging out and I had to keep going back in. Just let a guest stay connected for at least 24 hours. It would be nice to know when the reception is open. There seem to be no fixed hours if there are questions. That said, they were open and warmly welcoming when I arrived to check in at 1:00, and I was able to go right to my room. Thank you! I had told them I hoped to arrive by 12:00, but things went slower, and check-in at 1:00 was, as I said, available and excellent. Thank you again! I would come back here on another visit.

The place was quiet and clean. However, there was no bedding for the 2nd child. The shower handle support is broken, but everything still works. We expected to have a shuttle to the airport but it was only a reference for the taxi, which was reliable on the other hand. The place was well located, close to the old town, the Venetian port.
