Very nice room. Ideal if you're catching a ferry to the islands because the terminal is 2 minutes walk. Only problem is if you have a car. There is no parking despite what their publicity on Hotels.com claims.

The stay was good. Rough start due to noise, you can hear everything in the hallways and roof, especially if you are a light sleeper. Top shower head had a little bit of mold, but there was an additional shower head that was clean. The B&B rooms and the main premises were very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. This is a very affordable and safe place to stay.

Very pleasant surprise to have struck upon Manzoni46, a gorgeous boutique hotel in Milazzo. Highly convenient location, within walking distance of the Aeolian Island ferries. Beautiful decor, pristine cleanliness, and amazing breakfast alfresco. Highly recommended.

Be aware! Parking is tough as it is all pay street parking. Cannot stay in one spot for more than an hour from 8 am to 8 pm. Facility is very nice!!! Had a private patio in the room, great to enjoy morning coffee!!

We booked a "Deluxe room with patio" and we ended up with a standard room in another building than the proper hotel. Check-in was supposed to be up to 10pm but nobody was at the reception when we arrived at 9pm. They sent us a message saying that they would leave the keys on the counter. The explanations in English to understand where was our room were impossible to understand so we had to ask to get the explanations in Italian and use Google translation. The person from the hotel asked us to even close the wood portal from the official hotel after picking up the keys. On the other building, there was a digicode and a Key box, it would have been much safer than letting the keys unattended with my name at the hotel. In our room, the sheet was to small for the double bed. Finally, we were supposed to pay 2€ of local tax and we have been asked 3€. The room was ok and the breakfast was good. Practical location close to the boat to go to the eolian islands.

we were promised a refund, never got it.

We booked two rooms at Manzoni, we had one that was the apartment, it was nice and comfortable the other was room #3. The air conditioning in this room did not work. The owner helped to fix this but was unable to, she also had her technical person out to fix it and was unable to. It was very very hot in this room all night and very uncomfortable. We were promised a refund on this room and even left a credit card number with them for the refund. it has been 3 weeks now and we have not received it. We have emailed and received no response. This hotel is a short distance from the ferries and the staff are nice but we are very upset that we were promised a refund and never got any communication back or the refund.

Amazing room, and nice location! Overall great value for the money. We didn't try the breakfast though. The only downside was that parking was not available/included like it was supposed to be. The staff kept saying "impossible" and refused the fact that it was suppose to be included like it says in the booking details. Luckily we found a parking spot in the streets, and it wasn't too expensive. I would stay here again for sure, but just be aware that parking is not included even though it says so.
