Room was extremely dated and run down, no air conditioning, no shower

Was upgraded which was nice and room large and airy. Main problem is there is no one on reception after 6 ish until 10 next morning. No large towels , just hand towels and no one to ask. No bar, no vending machine not even somewhere to get water. Air conditioning not great. Water kept running very hot- made a cup of tea with it. Room not serviced but I was there till 12 so maybe missed housekeeping

Camera pulita , ma datata ! Da togliere la moquette!!! Ormai passata di moda anche negli edifici storici! Frigo in camera non funzionante ! Colazione non effettuata in quanto non mi interessava. Stazione metro a pochi passi come il garage dell hotel.

De havde booket et værelse til 2personer selvom vi havde betalt for fire. Derfor havde de ikke et værelse klar selvom vi kom 2timer efter mulig indtjekning. Derudover virkede aircon ikke i 30graders varme samt der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent
