The location and the style of this hotel make it a fantastic choice for a stay in Strasbourg. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was a great addition to the stay. The beds were super comfy for me as I like a firm mattress. Highly recommended!

Got upgraded to a larger room in the building next to reception. Staff helped me with suitcases when moving over, and room is clean and spciaous. Free water available downstairs (think they offer free drinks at the main building too). Location very convenient, 5 minute walk from the train station. Also very soundproof - you won't hear any noises from the room.

Really nice hotel, staff friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and tidy and a little bit quirky but in a great way. Breakfast offered large selection of food with something for everyone. Location just opposite train and tram station and on the immediate outskirts of Le Petite Francais area of the city. Spot on!! Would definitely stay here again. Beds comfy and nice and quiet for a good nights sleep

Phenomenal location from the train station, 20 minute walk from many attractions, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with amazing coffee. Check with the front desk if you need a refrigerator as rooms may not have one.

8/10 Very good

The staff, breakfast, bar, and proximity to the Gare du Strasbourg train station were all very good. My room was very clean and spacious (I had booked a larger room). My only complaint with the room was the shower. Those expecting a stand-up shower will be disappointed as there is only a bath tub with no shower glass. In addition, there is a shower hose, however, it only reaches waist high so one has to either take a bath or kneel in the bath tub to shower.

We were staying in another building which we didn't know beforehand. There was construction right outside which started at 6:00 am every morning. The beds had plastic sheets on the mattresses and no fitted sheet, so the sheets kept falling off. The bathroom window didn't open or have a fan which was kind of unpleasant. The breakfast was nice though and the room was clean. Staff were very nice.
