Centrally located which was good, though when we arrived late evening and saw the graffiti on the neighbouring businesses shutters it was little disconcerting, but this is the norm here as we felt safe. During the day there many shops, cafes, restaurants and businesses in the area. The apartment was almost perfect for, the only problem being the lack of kitchen equipment (sharp knife, chopping board, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, etc). Some of this was sorted when we asked but not all of it. So although it has a kitchenette it is not fully equipped. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and was not fixed during our stay. In all other respects, the apartment was good and the staff very friendly and especially helpful with advice on getting around Athens.

The receptionist was very helpful. She provided us with options to travel to the airport. We booked through her and were extremely happy with the service. She also suggested a nearby great restaurant. We had trouble connecting to the WiFi which we received assistance with. The only disappointment was that we did not receive the free bottle of sparkling wine that we were supposed to receive.

I really liked the accommodations. And the on site staff were amazing. Super easy to gain access to the building and apartment once provided the access codes. Some people may not like the "colorful" neighborhood it is located in. Personally, I didn't mind it. Less touristy and more local, of sorts. Everything you need is within a 15 or 20 minute walk. I'd stay again. But if you want to be closer to the Acropolis, etc., I would suggest looking for something closer to Plaka or the area around it.
