Minor issues: Coffee maker and coffee was poor for in-room, had to get a replacement, staff was great about it and took care of it quickly, The iron base was broke and leaked water, AC was awesome! Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the hard wood floors. However the shower had no pressure and not enough water once it got started. Unfortunately a good place to stay has to include a good shower in my book.

This is my second stay here and both times have been very pleasant. The Inn is not fancy, but it's been very clean, the staff is friendly, beds are comfy enough and the AC worked well. The place is convenient to gas stations, breakfast places, and an easy drive to College Station. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Older property, but beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and even let me check in at 11:30 on a busy football weekend.

Room was spacious and clean. Property was well maintained. My wife and I were in town to visit Camp Hearne and we were only minutes away. We would stay here again!

It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere to rest and aren’t concerned with extra amenities. Overall it was a good experience for an affordable price.

The property is older, but well maintained. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and engaging. The entire motel was booked, and I think it is because of the cleanliness, location, and staff.

An older property but bed was comfy, shower hot and it was clean. So it filled the need for a place to sleep for the night.

Great place to sleep!

Staff was very friendly and check in was quick. The room was clean, smelled good, and ac worked well. Shower was clean and water was hot. Really can't say a bad thing about this spot. We slept very well too.

Not much nearby, but 20min to Bryan / College Station. When hotels are $300 a night near A&M, this is a reasonable alternative. The room was impeccably clean, freshly painted and felt like a safe place right on the freeway. Not a luxury stay, but it does the job. I would definitely book here again.

The phone did not work, so we had to walk to the front office whenever we had an issue. They never came to clean our room or give us fresh towels in the 3 days we were there. The tv jet coming on spontaneously in the middle of the night the first night. The bed was very comfortable & the diner just a few minutes away was amazing!

Just add Breakfast

Really nice room and great service. Only suggestion is to absence a breakfast. They have a nice facility to do so. At least coffee would be nice. There is a sign on the counter stating thst there is no Breakfast due to Covid. There are protocols available to overcome this obstacle.

Clean Room Very Hard Mattress & Pillows

The room was clean and check in was easy. The mattress and pillows were horrible and very hard and could have slept better on the small sofa. There are firm mattresses, but this was beyond hard. I dont like giving bad reviews, but others that may have back issues may also want to take note of this.

Older but ok for a two night stay

The place is old, but the floors in room 220 were recently updated with LVT, so that was nice. Crickets were in the room and even on the bed. Bathroom is pretty run down. But it did have a working Frig, hair dryer, and microwave. TP was low so we had to ask for some from the office and cleaning lady.

It was very full when we arrived. Our neighbor seemed to be having a party with the door opened slightly and cat food poured out almost in front of our doorway. I was a bit skeptical at first but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room above us had some beating and bumping going on when I first arrived but quickly quieted down. We had no noise the rest of the night.

No Complimentary Breakfast

Check in was good. Friendly service. The room had a stale smell and the room phone was only useful to hold the drapes to the window so the air could circulate into the room. As the phone its self didn't work. Thier website advertised Complimentary Hot Breakfast. When i went in the morning to get breakfast and coffee there was NOTHING. When i asked the clerk said no we dont have that, and they had not offered breakfast since Covid. When I said it was on the website he blamed it on Google. Lmbo. Eventually they agreed to refund my next 2 nights. On the plus side, there were no signs of any bugs in the room, the refrigerator worked well and the bed was comfortable.
