Just right for the location near all the shops and restaurants/bars and walk distance to most thing in this area

Good budget hotel

The location is good, however far from the main historical places such as the Bazaar, Blue Mosque and others and taxis are a bit difficult and they want to charge too much. The hotel is comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and fresh, the staff specially Firat and Alli are true gentlemen, I felt safe and very comfortable. I did find Cuneyt the receptionist too pushy to try to sell us tours and book our taxi, it was a bit too much and made us uncomfortable. It is a budget hotel, close to the plaza, shops and easy to get around, I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was not good at all. There are several loud bars nearby that play loud music until midnight and do not allow one to sleep well.

Friendly and cozy hotel

I stayed 3night at here, all staff are friendly and helpful. This location also convenient to stay in Istanbul, I recommend this new hotel.

So and so...

For that price the room was too small. The bathroom uncomfortable: excessively small. The room needs to be refreshed a bit. Good localisation if you want to party.

Need a lesson in Hospitality

We checkin in very late at night. The night receptionist was very nice but there was a mix up with our room and at first they put us in a basement. We took a walk, got back and he apologetically asked us to move rooms. ugh .. ok. The next morning the very senior manager demanded that we change rooms, when I informed him that we were inconvenienced the night before he literally got in my face ( ? ) angry and said ... " So what ? " .. we ended up leaving.... The owners shouldn't be running a touristic hotel. Its more like a car repair shop.

Stay away!

We stayed 12 nights. The hotel is centrally located near to the main street with shopping and stores closeby.  But be aware that this place is also in the middle of the street where people unfortunately sell themselves. Also located next to clubs that play loud music until 5 am every night. Fights and shouting was to be seen and heard in the streets almost every day. Also they want you to pay extra for everything. They told us that the room category that was booked unfortunately was not available, but that they would upgrade us for free. For 4 nights. But after that we had to pay 100 lira more per night if we wanted to stay in the same room. After a lot of stress the "check out date" we were told that we could stay in the room, but only if we gave good reviews on this site and others. We agreed. We had friends coming from a different city and booked their own room. They had to pay 100 extra to get a balcony, but they claimed that they had booked with a balcony. Also if you wanted to have outside guests to the room you had to pay 100 lira. After a long discussion with the staff were we confronted them by the fact that we already had paid for 2 people in the room and we sadly assumed that they put all the extra liras in their own pockets. They also woke my friend up 8 a clock in the morning and demanded him to change his room due to the discussion the evening before. Cleaning was terrible. Never changed the bed.
