Hotels.com description is inaccurate. Regular Hotel and restaurant staff do not speak ANY English. Website stated premium room imcludes jetted tubs. However its a regular bathtub no jets. Hotel description page had picture of Currency exchange services and atm on site. However there is no currency exchange services or an atm on site. I cancelled my reservation and still waiting for refund.

It’s located in the cluster of local residences. And the driveway to enter the hotel is narrow. It’s not as is advertised close to the airport. In fact, the airport shuttle had to get out of the residential area first in order to get on the highway toward the PVG airport.

Excellent, Beautiful hotel.

It was very new and absolutely sparkling clean! Can not believe that we were in China, near the airport, with less than $85 value per night! Jackson was kind and gentle guy who can speak English only in the hotel. He was very efficient. If the hotel has the direct phone number for English speaking, that will be much nicer to call from the airport for free shuttle bus pick up. Overall, it was fantastic stay. Thanks.

This was good quiet overnight hotel expereince from Pudong airport. Great modern and very spacious room for the international traveler. Good free airport service. Highly recommended, I would stay here again if traveling through Shanghai. The Shanghai free visa for 24-144hrs transit was easy to use.

푸동 공항 근처라고 찾아갔는데.... 1. 다소 외진 곳인점... 2. 가족 단위 방문객 위주 호텔인 점... 은 다소 저한테 부담이었습니다.....저는 혼자 출장인 상황이었습니다.... 또한 화장실과 샤워실이 투명 유리로 되어 있던데, 저는 가족들 데리고 이런 시설을 굳이 찾아가고 싶지는 않습니다.... 또한 커피 포트가 위는 좁고 아래가 넓은 형태이었는데, 우려대로 커피포트 내부가 너무 불결핬습니다... 청소하기 편한 타입으로 바꿔야 할 것 같습니다....

Disappointed.

Not so good, we reserved a room for 3 people and they only provide for two, we asked for more towels, never got them, the room was cold, no hot water for showers. Breakfast not that good. I knew that I was in China, but their breakfast is more like lunch. I don't think if I have to go there, I won't stay in that hotel.
