Excellent hotel, with a nice room and view. Kind staff and there was a free parking connected to the hotel. Also breakfast was great! We stayed just days before the earthquake so just hope everything is safe with the staf and the hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend people stay here if they visit Taroko nation park. Please check to make sure the park is open before you go. The parked was closed due to earthquake and landslides. I don’t think they reopen soon.

It’ short of wow

The room was very nice, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, I felt, but they did answer any questions I had. Of the four hotels I stayed in on my trip around Taiwan, this was my least favorite. (The restaurant staff was very nice though.)

We are from the US and we thought the Hotel was very nice. Clean comfortable rooms and breakfast was wonderful with variety of choices. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. The beds were a little firm but the rooms were clean and quiet and overall very comfortable.

The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!

The only good, was Wilson who was super helpful, but the room was dirty hair in the bathroom. I called a taxi and after been ready to go, they made us step out of it because front desk was confused about the taxi been for us... We almost miss the train for this mishap

Suitable environments, but poor parking service.

We were asked to park in the outside parking lot, which fee must be paid in the parking place and reimbursed at the front desk later. The whole thing is really annoying. The worst case is that the front desk service regarding the parking on the night shift during my very late check-in is not professional.
