The location was excellent, and parking right in front of the hotel was convenient. The room offered a great mountain view from both the main area and the bedroom. The staff was helpful throughout our stay. On our second day, we needed to leave early, and they accommodated us with an early breakfast. The member of staff who served it was professional, friendly, and very pleasant. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Very nice surroundings. The hotel staff and management very friendly and helpful. However, the beds only had one sheet dividing your skin from a dirty mattress. So we had to sleep on top of the duvets. The mattresses in my opinion should have proper cover and protective sheets and then proper bed linen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont bien agencées, propres et agréables, avec une douche à l’italienne qui est un vrai plus. Le restaurant est également une belle réussite : les menus sont bien élaborés et nous avons vraiment très bien mangé. En revanche, le principal point négatif concerne l’organisation du service en salle. Au petit-déjeuner, aucune table n’était dressée à notre arrivée et il fallait attendre avant de pouvoir s’installer. Au dîner, alors que plusieurs tables étaient disponibles et non dressées, une serveuse nous a sèchement demandé d’attendre qu’on nous place. Par la suite, plusieurs plats nous ont été apportés à plusieurs reprises alors qu’ils ne correspondaient pas à notre commande. Les serveurs semblaient complètement désorganisés et perdus. C’est vraiment dommage, car la qualité de la cuisine et de l’établissement est au rendez-vous. L’organisation du service est clairement un point à améliorer, surtout au vu du prix du séjour. Avec un service mieux coordonné, l’expérience serait vraiment excellente.

On a beaucoup apprécié notre semaine à l’hôtel El Pradet. La gentillesse du personnel. L’hôtesse d’accueil est une personne adorable qui nous a donné beaucoup d’informations. La demi-pension : le menu du dîner change tous jours avec 3 choix. Cuisine de qualité de l’entrée au dessert c’était vraiment délicieux. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine sans hésiter.

Equipe super atenciosa Hotel bonito Chuveiro bom Quarto quente porém a acústica é ruim, dá para ouvir tudo que acontece no corredor e restaurante. Cama não é muito boa, porém também não é horrível. Comida é ótima, tanto café da manhã quanto jantar eram ótimos. Longe do centro, porém próximo a pista de ski e com uma vista linda da montanha. Valeu super a experiência!

Me gustó lo amable y agradable que era el personal. Instalaciones sencillas pero cómodas. Había poca variedad en el desayuno pero lo que había estaba bueno. Lo que no me gusto fue que la calefacción no estuviera encendida cuando llegamos, solo había dos rollo de papel higiénico y nos faltó. Además el agua de la ducha no se iba rápido tenías que estar atento que no saliera el agua. Tampoco me gustó que no nos hayan dejado una botella de agua o algo en la habitación. Poca variedad del desayuno y cuando salimos a la terraza de noche no encendieron las luces.

Escogimos el hotel exclusivamente por los comentarios que mayoritariamente eran excelentes, pues mi opinión no es tan generosa. No considero tan económico cuando por una habitación pequeña y una media pensión queda a 100 € por día. Leí maravillas de la comida y bueno, bien. Escasa variedad. Sobre el aparcamiento que también había leído que era cómodo para aparcar, vale destacar que imagino que dependerá de la época del año que se va. En agosto con todo los hoteles completos no es tan sencillo.
