Para no volver

He estado en pensiones de 20 € la noche mejores que este hotel. No creo ni que se debiera considerar como hotel. Extremadamente viejo, nadie en la recepcion de noche y fiestas en habitaciones con peleas incluidas. La ventana del balcón no cerraba bien y dejaba entrar tanto ruido como aire frio de la calle, ¿a quien reclamar? Nadie. Check out dejando las llaves en un cajon y sin nadie con quien tan siquiera hablar. Lamentable, definitivamente no valía lo que pagué ni de cerca.

Fraude

El hotel no está mal para pasar la noche, la gente del hotel es muy amable. Pero me siento estafada por hoteles.com ya que pague por un desayuno buffet que no tenían y aparcamiento que tuve que aparcar super lejos y de pago ya que tampoco disponían y en la página ponía que si disponían. Si esto hubiera estado bien informado no hubiera cogisñdo este hotel

Lo peor de lo peor

Sin nadie que atienda, solo 1 persona para todo el hotel, olor nada agradable y todo muy antiguo, en la reserve nos pone que entra el desayuna bufé y luego aquí nos dicen que no y el parking nos lo a echo pagar aparte, no volveremos jamas en la vida y tampoco lo recomiendo.

Personnel très accueillant, hotel très propre mais un peu vieillissant. Nous avions réservée une chambre quadruple via hotel.com, mais arrivés sur place il n'y en avait plus de disponible, il a fallu prendre 2 chambres de 2 personnes, ce n'est pas très sérieux . Par contre, le WIFI y est gratuit c'est plutôt pratique. Hotel.com annonce un hotel 3 étoiles alors que c'est un 2 étoiles. Malgré cela nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Bonne literie mais la chambre que nous avions avait une surface inférieure à 9m2 et ne permettait pas de circuler et de poser nos affaires dans de bonnes condition. De plus, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et avons demandé le remplacement qui ne nous a pas satisfait.

Nous sommes venus on était 2 couples, on nous a donné une chambre avec un lit superposé, les porte son toute petite, faut pas faire plus d'1mettre 60, l'hôtel ce rattraper juste avec le buffet petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif et à volonté qui était bon !

Avería agua caliente no se resolvió bien

Me informé del hotel a través de la central de reservas. Quedamos que tenía que ser una cuádruple con cuatro camas individuales y que el desayuno tenía que ser a las 7:30h. Llamaron al hotel y lo confirmaron. Cuando llegamos, la habitación era una cama de matrimonio y una litera. Desayuno a las 8. Después de hablar con recepción y enseñar mail donde hay estas 2 condiciones, nos cambiaron la habitación a una de dos camas + litera. 6ª planta, muy estrecha. Ascensor sólo hasta la 5ª. Falló durante todo el día el agua caliente. Al principio nos hacían creer que éramos sólo nosotros. Por la tarde, clientes de todas las plantas se quejaban. Después de horas de reclamación, vino el técnico: una simple llave de paso! Habitación pequeña para ser cuádruple. No pudimos usar párquing porque "estaba helado". En Andorra y en invierno no hay solución para ello? Habitación y WC muy gastado. Iluminación y mobiliario en mal estado. WiFi muy deficiente. Eso sí: la recepción muy amables y educados ... pero demasiados problemas para resolver, desbordados. Desayuno muy notable. Satisfechos.

Algumas remodelações

Casas de banho um poco degradadas na parte do chuveiro que estavam partidas nos 2 quartos que entramos, (acho que poderiam remodelar os quartos de banho) e os vizinhos do quarto ao lado deixaram a tv acesa a noite toda, foi complicado conseguir adormecer. Quantos as funcionários 5 estrelas e o serviço igualmente 5 estrelas ! Se volto provavelmente ficarei por la outra vez

Es un hotel bonito pero antiguo. Todo y que se lleva lo #vintage, faltaba un poco de limpieza y actualización de los servicios básicos como la ducha. Había bastante polvo en la habitación y mi pareja es alérgica. ( a todo esto, por el precio y sabiendo que son 2 estrellas podría haber sido peor). Personal agradable y atento.
