Who rated this a 4-star hotel??? Awful Oran hotel - not as per advertised 1. No wifi in room AT ALL 2. Was given small room. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room! 3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided. 4. Lift was Useless! 5. Inside room, rubbish not thrown. There was a used diaper & water bottle in rubbish bin. 6. In bathroom, shampoo bottle left opened and soap from previous guest. Too gross! 7. Breakfast was pathetic Hotel should re-named NIGHTMARE hotel! Expedia & hotel fantazia are L1ars! Description is deceptive and a lie!! People in this hotel do not deserve to work at a hotel. They spoiled my trip! The worst Algerians i’ve met in this trip and i have met really nice ones! They ruin the reputation of Algeria!

Nous avions réservé pour cinq personnes un couple et trois enfants en bas âge. À notre arrivée ils nous disent, on a pas de chambre pour vous cinq, on doit vous séparer en deux chambres le lendemain la clim tombe en panne on nous dispatch dans trois chambres toujours avec nos enfants, je vous laisse calculer l’ambiance le lendemain, plus d’eau chaude dans tout l’hôtel, sans que nous prévienne tout va bien, on descend à la réception, il nous sourit en disant bonjour, en parlant des chambres aucune télé n’a marché durant notre séjour, les nuits, les bruits, des motos et des scooters et des Mobylette nous empêche de dormir, les fenêtres sont pas du tout isolé avec aucun Volet de loin, le pire hôtel que j’ai fait ces dernières années.

Petit déjeuner approximatif, pas beaucoup de choix, les croissants et les pains au chocolats trop dur, oeufs dur pas d'omelette, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas? Pas de chaîne de la télévision française bien que j’ai réclamé 4 fois à la réception ? Le technicien pas disponible, la navette transfert à l'aéroport, trop cher par rapport au yassir que nous avons réservé. Le plus, une gouvernante au top, gentille et disponible, et à l'écoute avec un très grand professionnalisme (Houria)
