This is probably the 10th time i've stayed here in the past 5 years, always have a good stay at this hotel. Staff have always been helpful and attentive with good communication skills. Location is still as good today, great amenities nearby and some new KR brand locations have opened up in the past year, which is great for shopping trips. During this stay we got a room upgrade during check in, which was much appreciated and we stayed at the artist suite, very spacious and good interiors. I've stayed in all the room types here and can say they are all nice regardless of size.

There is a CU convenience store just next to the hotel where you can get ice coffee, peach drink, instant noodles, snacks, etc.

Hotel is conveniently located about 2 mins walk from Hongik University station and this is a direct stop coming from the airport. At the hotel lobby, you will be directed to check in at level 3. The front reception spoke pretty good English which helps a lot since I can’t speak Korean except for a few words. Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, shopping malls/shops, and CU convenience stores (similar to 7 eleven stores). There is a CU store just next to the hotel, you can get ice coffee, peach tea, soda drinks, beer, etc. The rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels in Seoul. The bathroom has separate shower and WC areas. My rain shower is not working properly but it didn’t bother me so I did not request for a room change.
