Airport limousine pickup is a minute away walking distance, and Starbucks! I had food delivered and no problem picking it up from the front desk. Very nice and helpful staff!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was very firm but not uncomfortable. There is not much in the room, a small desk space, chair and small table. The bathroom was clean and acceptable. Interestingly the shower drained under the sink, so avoid placing anything on the floor when showering, as it will get very wet. The shower had a wand option and a rain head. The rain head was not installed correctly and sprayed everywhere, but this issue could have easily been fixed if I had bothered to complain. I chose to use the wand so it was not an issue. They provided two bottles of water per day, which was great as the tap water did not seem suitable to drink. There was a bit of a cleaning spray smell to the room that was not great. Nothing to complain about either though, but if you’re sensitive it may be an issue.

The staff were all friendly and efficient. I checked in with Robert and his wife Hongji-Yoon. Nice couple. She's great and was very helpful both days. The hotel's in a good location too. I'd stay there again. :)

It’s an old hotel in Gangnam but VERY convenient to airport bus stop n the Metro. Only complaint was the beds were very hard. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would help. It was the only 3 single bedder we could find in Gangnam but room was very small.

One staff member was quite rude about me asking to move at an annoying time of evening, which I understand his frustration but I think the customer service was lacking a little bit. Bottomline up front: I would stay here again. First off ALL of the staff and manager were AWESOME. They all provided top notch service. We stayed there during Chuseok, so unfortunately we did not try the cafe downstairs. But the ambience was warm and welcoming. I used to live in Seoul and knew what to expect from Korean hotels. Beds are Korean style, which some westerners may find uncomfortable; I did not. The staff called cabs for us and took care of all of our needs. Ice is available at front desk (café). PROS: Cost was great. Staff was exceptional; all spoke good English. Near COEX and Han River exercise path. CONS: No microwave in room, but you do have a hot water kettle for ramen and Maxim (coffee). (There is a fridge in the room.)

The bed was extremely hard and it's almost impossible to sleep on it. The staff offered a topper but then didn't show up for then an hour. I had to go back again downstairs to ask for a topper. In the morning when I was checking out, there was no staff. I tried calling the phone number mentioned on the desk, but the phone was switched off. Ultimately, I just wrote a note and left the keys at the front desk. While I personally didn't have an emergency, but my guess is no one would have been there to help in case there was one. I wouldn't go back to stay at this hotel
