The property is a converted historic house and has been beautifully renovated into a boutique b&b in a great location. Didn't see a soul, except at breakfast (including check in). Breakfast was lovely, and the Conservatory is a wonderful space. Room was comfortable, but the only window was in the bathroom area (with a frosted glass door to let light into to room). Not a problem as we spent little time there other than sleeping!!

Lovely small hotel/inn. Information was communicated to us promptly about check in process and parking as there is not a front desk. The hotel is located centrally to the cbd. Rooms are comfortable with own ensuite, tea and coffee. There is also a large conservatory / common area where you can relax. The breakfast provided is next level. The staff (particularly Zoe) were super helpful. If i couldve stayed longer i would.
