Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer welches wir bekamen entsprach in keiner Weise dem gebuchten Zimmer. Wir waren im Sommer dort und das Zimmer hatte nur ein sehr kleines Fenster, das machte es umöglich Frischluft zu erhalten. Es war sehr heiß und stickig in dem Zimmer. Der Betreiber war nicht zu einem Gespräch bereit. Daher reisten wir einen Tag eher ab, da es uns nicht möglich war noch eine Nacht dort zu schalfen. Schade, die Landschaft war wirklich schön.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Lage. Zu Fuß läuft man circa 1 h bis zur Unterkunft vom Parkplatz. Leckeres Essen und auch Yoga ist geboten. Von dort kann man dann weitere Wandertouren planen. Bei Ankunft ist uns aufgefallen, dass unser Zimmer wohl leider nicht ganz sauber gemacht wurde (Handtücher von den Vorgästen hingen noch und der Boden war verschmutzt). Dafür konnten wir schnell eine Lösung finden. Abends kam es ab und zu zu sehr langen Wartezeiten beim Essen, das war teilweise etwas zäh. Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Absolute Empfehlung! Eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Jeder Schritt hat sich gelohnt - die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Charakter eingerichtet und es war rund um stimmig. Super gemütliches Zimmer und großer Aufenthaltsraum zum Entspannen. Sehr leckeres Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Saunabesuch war eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt ausklingen zu lassen!

Gemütliches Berghotel mit zauberhaftem Ausblick

Die Anreise mit Gepäcktransport sollte schon im Voraus genau geklärt werden. Herausfordernder Aufstieg mit tollem Panorama, dauert ca. 45 - 50 Minuten aber sollte ohne weiteres Handgepäck geplant werden. Küche zum Abend bietet regionale Tiroler Köstlichkeiten, das Frühstück war einfach aber liebevoll zubereitet. Super für aktiven Genussurlaub und Wanderfreunde.

Vooraf was het voor ons niet duidelijk dat het hotel niet per wagen bereikbaar was. De 2.5 km wandeling duurde bergop wel 2 u met de kids. in combinatie met de skilessen was dit om 6u30 vertrekken en terug tegen 20u. Geen kleerkast op de kamer, geen tafeltje. Kamer was koud t° stond op 16°, ook na vraag voor aanpassing veranderde niets. Toilet en bandkamer piepklein en op de gang. Nog nooit meegemaakt en zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ein unvergeßlicher Aufenthalt im Berg"k"hof Kaisertal.Wir wurden vom ersten Augenblick mit der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft des Hüttenwirtes empfangen. Die Lage des Hofes ist atemberaubend, unberührte Natur, pure Erholung. Wanderwege beginnen sofort vom Haus aus. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig.Es gab auch das Angebot mit Yoga in den Tag zu starten und abends in der Sauna den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.das Personal war stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglichzu gestalten. Ihre Empfehlungen für Wandertouren waren äußerst hilfreich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das ich jedem epfehlen kann. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist super schick und modern, unser Zimmer hat auf den buchsungsbilder auch renoviert und modern ausgesehen, allerdings war nur das Bad renoviert. Das Bett war als Doppelbett zusammengeschoben und sehr hart. Die Lage und die Möglichkeiten sind super. Aber der Service wird komplett über das Smartphone abgewickelt, was teilweise ja praktisch ist. Aber in der Gastronomie am Handy zu bestellen finde ich sehr befremdlich. Allgemein war es sehr unpersönlich, wir waren leider enttäuscht.

Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser man skal dog være opmærksom på at man skal parkere neden for bjerget og gå 2,5 km opad i en forholdsvis stejl stigning.. der var meget skiftende personale med ringe sprogkundskaber på engelsk og tysk samt en manager som var meget ubehjælpsom og ikke serviceminded.. vi boede 4 dage på et værelse hvor der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset hvor manageren ikke mente at han kunne nedlade sig til at tage sig af problemet og at vi bare skulle være glade for at der var et badeværelse og ellers kunne vi bare smutte..morgenmaden som kan tilkøbes til 18 euro pr person pr dag burde koste det halve.. den var ikke 18 euro værd.. selve naturparken er meget smuk og der er mange gode vandre ruter.. vi kommer ikke tilbage til dette hotel..

Unterkunft praktisch , Zimmer war anders als im Internet . Sehr muffig im Bad riechen , wie klamm. Da halfen auch die 3 Flaschen Duftstäbchen im Raum nicht. Der Geruch war sehr dominant . Personal unaufmerksam und laienhaft . Schütteten halben Suppenteller über Beine ohne eine Entschuldigung- das ist enttäuschend . Ein Sorry darf man erwarten .
