This place did exactly what we needed it to do. We mainly used it as a place to sleep after long days of exploring, and it worked well for that purpose. The apartment was quite clean, but keep in mind that it is a basement unit, so it can feel a bit dark. The ventilation also isn’t the best, so if you’re visiting during the warmer months, be prepared for some heat and humidity, although there is a fan provided. Muna and her daughter were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They made the check-in process very easy and were always quick to answer any questions. The location was another highlight. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum, which was fantastic, and there’s a train station only about 7 minutes away. While it’s not right in the heart of the city, it’s easy to get anywhere you’d want to go with a train ride of around 20 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a clean, affordable base for exploring Rome.

Muna was absolutely an amazing host. Muna knew the best places to eat, the easiest way to get to the Colosseum and also picked me up from the airport which made my life so much easier we also got to sit and have coffee together! My kids and I were in Roma for 4 days. We stayed at the appart and were welcomed very friendly by Kartica. Very well located. I got to say that water was not often very warm or hot and we were three to take a shower so not convenient. Also, it is a small room with a toilet. Kitchen and entrance are shared with 2 other rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, safe area and clean.
