First time in KC - watching the big game. Very quick to check in when we got in at 2am. Nice spacious room and a very good price on a busy weekend. Good location too. Not fancy but we’re not fancy until we get to the Super Bowl then we’ll strut our stuff.

Really nice little hotel. If you’re a smoker tho no one cleans the ash trays out. The breakfast coffee machine was also broken. They do have little coffee pots in the room but only give you the little round prepackaged good for one cup coffee grinds. But a small can and small filters. Full size fridge was nice but it only held our creamer. The separation of beds by rooms was nice.

This is a historic old hotel refurbished and functional but the room layouts are a bit odd while spacious in comparison to how modern hotels are laid out. The breakfast bar is weak and unappetizing. $20 parking fee in adjacent lot. All I all it exceeded the expectations for the price paid.
