Location good, was good to get free parking, room was a bit on the small side but cant complain for what we paid for 2 nights, our room needs a new bed badly and a new lock on shower door is needed, people running it were lovely and helpful

Do not stay here ....our room was a flea pit ....the bedding needed burning....the pillows inside the case we're rotten....we went and bought pillows so we didn't use the provided ones and a mattress topper and a quilt....the shower leaked water ...and oh make sure you take towels as we got none provided...there was no TV remote for the 1990s tv....we booked this for parking.... guess what no parking had to pay to park .... please don't stay here it's a health risk

Was put in the guesthouse next door by the landlady i assume she owned both .Off road parking was a big help .I got 3 nights for a total of £58.15 with on-suite which was cheap so you do not expect much. Bath room shower had mould carpets in room looked marked and smelly headboard covered in greasy hair marks bedding was cleaner. Window had 3 holes and a big crack possibly pellet gun hot tap on sink did not work. No remote for the tv but plug was dangling half up the wall.Landlady was friendly but room needed full refurb and refurnish

Porter seemed drunk, given wrong room, given bunk beds instead of two single beds, decor indescribable, rough bed sheets and pillow cases TV remote didn't work very well, alright if you was out on the piss but not for a family.

Massive error: I booked there quickly without checking the reviews first, and found myself in the must disgusting place ever... The young lad that gave me the keys was ok, but the room smell the cigarettes which gave me headaches and the mould on the shower + dirty carpet + the window that's could not close + doggy smell in the entrance..... I mean it's just a zero star hotel, let's be honest! I just could not cope so I run away the next day and only did 1 night over the 5 nights I've paid in total. So I lost my money, but not my sanity that I would have lost if I had stay there!!!

Bit disappointed to be honest

The room bore no resemblance to the pictures on the booking site. It was clean but in a poor state of repair. One of the photos is of a pool table, which does not exist at the hotel. Other rooms in the hotel looked better to be fair. I experienced a friendly welcome on arrival.
