It is a very nice property and fantastic location.
The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable.
Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy.
The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which meant we had a very uncomfortable night's sleep in the middle of the Summer. However, they did get it working the next day, and our second night was much better.
Overall, with a few exceptions, still a decent place, eapecially if being downtown matters.
And the free bottle of wine is a nice touch.
