Le séjour n'était pas à l'hôtel du gave, nous avons été transféré à l'hôtel Peyramale, à proximité, faisant partie de la même société. Pas prévenu, ni par téléphone ou mail, je l'ai su en téléphonant 2 jours avant le séjour. Prestations ne correspondant pas tout à fait à celles de l hôtel du gave. Chambre vieillotte, il faisait très chaud, des odeurs d'urine, j'ai dû réclamer un ventilateur avec cette canicule.... Salle de bain très petite. Les voilages de la chambre étaient très sales et déchirés. On entendait le bruit dans les couleurs. L'hôtel ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles, mais plutôt 2 étoiles. Néanmoins l'hôtel est bien situé. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable.

Je n'ai pas eu de chambre à l'hôtel du gave, sous prétexte que la chambre avait un problème de fuite d'eau. J'ai été relogé à l'hôtel Peyramal. Je garde le souvenir d'une chambre il fait très froid. , où les lits grincent énormément dès que l'on bouge. J'avais demandé vu sur montagne. J'ai eu vu ce quatre murs. Le petit déjeuner jusqu'à neuf heures et demie au lieu de dix heures annoncé sur le site. Le prix dix euros. Au lieu de neuf euros cinquante annoncé sur le site. J'ai du mal à comprendre que l'on n'ait pas pu me reloger à l'hôtel du gave, puisqu'il y avait des chambres libres. Salle de bain sol glissant, pas intéressant quand on est avec un enfant de deux ans. Vraiment déçu par les équipements.

Très moyen et WC ridicule

La porte de la chambre est bricolée et difficile à fermer, la porte fenêtre du balcon ne ferme pas, pas de ventilation ni de climatisation, hôtel très mal insonorisé, nous entendions marcher les gens au dessus, Pas de va et vient lumière près du lit, WC ridicule : 20 cm entre la cuvette et la porte rendant impossible de s'assoir la porte fermée, lit et matelas correct avec draps propres.

Dommage que la chambre soit tres mal insonorisée: - juste a côté: couple avec 1 enfant: crient, chantent, parlent jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. - autre chambre a coté: la personne a ronflé toute la nuit de 21h30 a 6h00. Bilan: j'ai pu dormir un peu de 2h a 5h30. Sans cela tout serai parfait.
