Die Unterkunft wusste nichts von unserer Ankunft. Und es hatte dann trotz Bestätigung kein Zimmer frei. Ob der Fehler bei ebookers.ch (ein Ableger von Expedia) oder beim Hotel lag, wissen wir nicht. Immerhin haben sie geholfen, eine Ersatzunterkunft bei den Nachbarn zu organisieren.
