The room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony overlooking the grounds and the cliffs above the Ebro River- a few hundred yards walk away. The staff were really helpful - allowing us to check-in to our room before 5.00 pm. Only disadvantage was the hot walk into town as we couldn't get food so had to drive to supermarket which stocked everything you would need. A real beautiful gem of a hotel

Our stay was ok. However, it was expensive for what was on offer in March. Breakfast was very limited in choice. Hotel was shut, we arrived 30 minutes before check in and had to wait in the car with no telephone reception! There was a hotel telephone direct through to reception in a box by the door, but no answer when called. Wifi was available once in the hotel.

Awful stay here - it took staff 25 minutes to arrive after I called them the lady on the phone was ridiculously rude. Upon arrival, he didn’t say hello just asked for my passports and gave me a key - I asked where do I go and he pointed down the corridor . No restaurant available or bar to have. When having to leave early we had no clue where to leave the keys or money we used for the bar. It also smelt like pickle down the corridors ! Would not recommend!

Mi experiencia con la instalaciones , un 10 de 10 , solo tuvimos una pequeña disconformidad, al moemnto de llegar , nos atendieron y nos explicaron algunas cosas. Pero no nos explicaron un aparte muy importante de quedarse alli. En la página muy bien dice : que tienes desayuno por tantos "€" pero NO TE DICEN QUE DEBES APUNTARTE A UNA LISTA.(lo cual nos enteremos a la hora del desayuno ) ya que trasladarse al pueblo del sitio no apetece si estás de Rex, y otra cosa que dice la página es que tenes SPA , pero tampoco te avisan que solo los sábados a 17hs. Pues me sentí un poco confundida. Nos falto información. Pero volvería por que el lugar es acogedor y limpio. Esta en una zona muy tranquila ideal para desconectar. Para parejas recomendable.

Se ve que alguien puso mucho cariño en crear este alojamiento, que está en una ubicación muy bonita, en su momento, pero deben de tener dificultades financieras, porque el restaurante lleva cerrado desde el COVID, las habitaciones no se limpian bien y necesitan reparaciones, no hay recepcionista salvo que llames a un teléfono (no funciona) y durante unas horas por la mañana, etc.

Staff was friendly at check in, rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful and great. We would definitely stay here again! Given that this is the only hotel in Flix, we were surprised by how great it was.
