The property itself seems to be recently renovated, with funtional furniture and comfortable. Surroundings are loud specially at night was a bit disturbing. It had a dpot of mould in a wall, outside that spotless.

Parking is a bit difficult, but in exchange you have a central if not quiet location. Be aware that the apartments are on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up. However, the very friendly staff will assist you.

Complicated checkin and parking (the property is a serviced apartment managed by reception nearby - need to walk to another hotel for checkin-out & breakfast & ask for parking card), room is in a renovated old building, toilet is not too clean (mould on the sink), room is on the second floor with no elevator (but a staff helped to carry our luggage the first day), breakfast has many varities.

Apartment hotel accessible by a lot of steps.

The hotel in part of the Plaza Group, a neighbouring hotel. To check in you need to visit the Plaza reception who will give you the key. We were not aware of this! The room is on the second floor, and there is no lift. For people who struggle with stairs it isn’t appropriate. For somewhere to lay your head, it was fine.

Oda temizdi çalışanlar nazikti çok yardımcı oldular. Resepsiyondaki bayanlara ve valizleri taşıyan otopark konusunda da yardımcı olan diğer çalışanlara nezaketlerinden ötürü teşekkür ederiz. Çıkış yaparkende valizleri taşımaları sevindiriciydi. Bunların hepsi güzel. Ayrıca otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde yürüyerek gezilecek heryere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Kısacası Selanik'e yine gidecek olsam yine burada kalırım.

Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir so einen tollen Service und so freundliche Mitarbeiter sowie ein engagiertes Management im Hotel erleben durften. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ganz hervorragend. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Rezeption, vor allem an die liebe Frau Elpida. Sie hat sich persönlich um unseren Transfer nach Halkidiki gekümmert, und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Çocuklu Aileler için ideal

Tarihi bir bölgede olduğu için çoğu yer yürüme mesafesindedir. Eğer yürümeyi seviyorsanız otelin konumu tam size göre. Otele giriş için aynı sokakta ve on onbeş adım mesafedeki Plaza hotel lobisine uğramanız gerekiyor. Ücreti karşılığında bir görevli size eşlik ederek arabanızı otoparka yönlendiriyorlar. Verdikleri park kartı sayesinde istediğiniz zaman otoparkı kullanabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca otelin çok lezzetli ve zengin bir kahvaltısı var. Çok memnu kaldık.

God lokation og god service.

Jeg havde en overnatning i Thessaloniki på vej videre, og valgte Ladadika Design pga. pris og beliggenhed lige ved spise- og gåud-området Ladadika. Hotellet er annex til Hotel Plaza 10 meter væk, og personalet var meget venligt både da jeg kom og skulle videre. Værelset er nyt og ligger i en stille gade, men der er en trappe, dog med trappelift, så det var hurtigere at bære kuffert. Mit værelse havde bruser og der er udover restauranter og barer i massevis også kiosker med det nødvendige indenfor få meter - og så ligger det lige ved promenaden, så det er meget centralt i mine øjne. Alt var ellers som lovet, og receptionen var meget imødekommende for mine ønsker, så jeg kommer meget gerne tilbage.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit – das war wirklich top! Auch praktisch: Man kann für 12 € pro Tag einen Parkplatz reservieren und bekommt eine Karte für den Parkplatz. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Das inkludierte Frühstück war okay. Das Zimmer selbst war leider enttäuschend. Es war recht dunkel und sah nicht so ganz aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck eines modernen, gut designten Zimmers – in Wirklichkeit war der Fotograf einfach sehr gut: Möbel sind zerkratzt und wirken alt, die Duschkopfhalterung fällt von der Wand, der Handtuchhalter ist locker oder kaputt, und die Toilettenbürste verliert Wasser auf den Boden, wenn man sie zurückstellt. Außerdem ist das Bett so groß, dass man sich zur Toilette fast an der Wand entlangquetschen muss. Insgesamt wird das Zimmer (801) auf den Fotos deutlich besser verkauft, als es tatsächlich ist.

Ein schreckliches Erlebnis. Ich hatte diese Unterkunft für meine Familie gebucht. Meine Mutter konnte nicht laufen geschweige denn die Treppen hoch laufen, daher wurde um ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss oder ersten Stock gebeten - der Bitte kam niemand nach. Sehr unfreundliches und freches Personal. NIE WIEDER.

Dieses Hotel war einfach schrecklich, man kann es gar nicht als Hotel bezeichnen. Überall gab es schimmel und man hat die Feuchtigkeit in der Luft gerochen. Die Lichter waren absichtlich sehr dunkel, damit man es im ersten Moment nicht sieht..Als wir es an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer in dem selben Gebäude angeboten, wo die Wände auch patsch nass waren. Außerdem hat es im Treppenhaus von der Decke getropft. Nachdem wir auch dieses Zimmer ablehnten, bot uns die Empfangsdame ein Zimmer im Hotel Plaza an (die Hotels gehören zusammen). Die Frechheit war nur, dass die Dame meinte, wir müssten für das Zimmer 20 Euro mehr zahlen...was wir natürlich nicht taten, da es aus unserer Sicht ja nicht unsere Schuld ist, dass es von den Decken tropft... Ganz nebenbei muss man für den angegebenen Parkplatz auch noch 10 Euro pro Tag zahlen. Wir würden das Hotel auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

Good deal, if you don't mind stairs and noise

In general, all good. Large and comfortable room with all basic amenities. Very good breakfast and friendly service. To keep in mind: this is an area with night life. Specially during the weekends it gets busy and loud until late. The rooms are located in a second story with no elevator. And the "design" part in the name, I doubt about it. I guess it tries to be a design hotel, but it's poorly implemented. Not a big deal, of course For the price, a good deal. But be aware of the stairs and the night life in the area
