Estive hospedada do dia 04.04.25 a 06.04.25. Pontos positivos: Atendimento na recepção, muito educados e prestativos. Chegamos no hotel as 20.30, sendo que nem esperavamos mais jantar pois como trabalhamos na sexta não conseguimos iniciar o check-in mais cedo, e nos esperaram para jantar... achei muito bom e fico imensamente agradecido. Comida excelente, muitas opções tanto no café, almoço e jantar. Recreadores divertidos e educados, teve bingo na piscina sabado a tarde e foi muito legal. Espaço arborizado e muito bom para estar com a familia. Tenho dois pontos negativos que tenho a fazer é que fiquei no chalé 35 e o vitro da janela não fecha direito e entra vento, e a noite ventava muito e ficava levantando a cortina. O outro sobe a torneira, nao tem agua aquecida e quando abria a torneira saia agua no chuveiro. Achamos tudo excelente.... Foram dias de paz....

Fui comemorar aniversário de casamento. Chegando lá fomos muito bem recepcionados e já nos encaminharam ao restaurante para jantarmos pq já ia encerrar o buffet. Achei bem legal essa atitude. Funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Estão todos de parabéns.

Instalações precisam ser atualizadas de um modo geral. Ademais, a porta de um dos quartos era difícil de trancar, o chuveiro ficava pingando. No último dia, os monitores deixaram meus filhos de nove anos sozinhos na área da piscina grande, comportamento que destoou do observado nos outros dias, em que os monitores levaram meus filhos até o quarto. Os demais funcionários foram atenciosos e comida estava ótima.
