escroquerie

difficile d'evaluer un appartement qui n'existe pas, nous avons eté victime d'une grosse arnaque sur le net, une fois en croatie nous n'avons jamais trouvé le bien loué, signalé à hotel.com ces derniers n'ont rien fait pour nous reloger, nous sommes toujours en attente du remboursement, ils repoussent de 72h a chaque fois avec des excuses non louables....l'annonce apparaît toujours malgré notre signalement à plusieurs reprises à croire qu'ils sont complices de cette grosse escroquerie....un conseil FUYEZ HOTEL.COM, site non serieux qui n'assume pas sa responsabilité face aux faits , service client zero...............

KATASTROF!!!!

Jag har redan skrivit om min sk "vistelsen". Apartment Vrancic hyr INTE ut igenom Hotels.com så lägenheten var redan uthyrd till andra personer och vi fick sova i vår egna bil. efter detta hade jag varit i kontakt med Hotels.com support avdelning i 6 (SEX) timmar i telefon, där ingen hade kunnat (eller velat) att hitta alternativ boende för oss. detta var det värsta upplevelse under mina 55 år. vår vistelse var förstört och trötta och besvikna lämnade vi Brac dagen efter. Hotels.com, ni får det det sämsta betyget som finns att ge för ovilja och okunnighet av ert Engelska (indiska) supporten. Hotels.com aldrig mer.,
