10/10 Exceptional

The space was exactly as listed and the staff was responsive, courteous, and helpful. The location was excellent, right by the metro and located at a busy junction between the old city and Eixample.

Really lovely place, very clean, well furnished accommodation, perfect location, minimart, cafes & bakeries right next door next door. Only a few mins walk to La Ramblas, loads of restaurants right by you. Check in/out & customer service very easy, friendly & efficient & helpful. Only slight criticism - A bit more storage in the bedrooms & a full length mirror would of been great, only because were 5 ladies staying in a 2 bedroom, one sofa bed apartment for 3 nights so would of made getting ready easier.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Location was perfect. Very convenient to public transportation, restaurants, and night life. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Really comfortable space and Albert was awesome to communicate with. It would have been nice to have a couple coffee pods for the morning - but it was also easy to walk down stairs to grab something from the market. It was more than enough space for our family of three and appreciated being able to spread out and relax at the apartment.

The property has a great location. Walking distance to Las Ramblas and shopping. Lots of eating options too. The property was great for our family of four but we would have been equally as comfortable if there were six of us. The communication was excellent via email and text to get access to the apartment. We would highly recommend the apartment.

The staff was very helpful, they responded to our request quickly. The location of the apartment was great. Some home appliances were difficult to use and the laundry machine and Induction cooktop sometime didn't work. Except for that, it was a great experience to stay.

Noisy

I would prefer a less noisy location. the street below was noisy with traffic and people. I could hear the metro below the building. The location was great, though. The check in process was efficient and I was allowed to stay after check out.

It was like a great penthouse with three double beds and two singel beds. It was Fresh and spacious with a kitchen , nice balcony. Two bathrooms and the area around near pl Cataluña was great. We Will return . It felt like a luxious stay .

6/10 Good

Attention and communication was good from staff. Convenient location, walking distance near main sites. Street noise could be heard in the master room. Construction next door. Place is modern but a bit run down because of use. Sofa could use an upgrade as you can’t sit straight.

4/10 Fair

I liked the location of the property, downtown area. The suite was comfortable enough, big windows and nice layout and view. But the sewage smell that emanated from the bathroom drain made it almost impossible to live inside. We opened the windows, but the smell was too strong. There was no help with towels, changing bed sheets. Overall I will not recommend it to anyone, mostly because of the sewage smell.
