The York apartment we stayed in was superb. All facilities were wonderful including many tv channels for any downtime you may have. There is also a washing machine easy to operate with detergent provided and a dryer also. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location is terrific, only a 5 minute walk to the towns Main Street with numerous restaurants in. We had a view of the bay from our lounge window. There are no negatives about this property at all. We loved out 3 day stay there.

A superstar in Albany

We just spent four nights in the "York" cottage, a beautifully appointed two-room superstar. Very clean and every amenity possible is provided (loved the chocolates!) The ensuite bathroom is a dream and the full kitchen was well stocked. The whole property has great views, and from the York we spent a lot of time in the two recliners, looking over the harbour. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time in Albany and the surrounding areas, made all the more so by our stay at Hanover Bay Apartments.

We were blown away by the level of detail and thoughtfulness! The Lockyer is tastefully designed, clean, had everything we need and more! The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, while the living area, dining, and kitchen are on the 2nd floor. We love the ensuite bathroom which had 2 sinks and 2 showers, and a heater which warms you up so nicely after a shower in the cold winter 😍. The side is lined with a bench which is so useful. Even had a stool for you to sit down while you apply skincare and makeup. The other bathroom has washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, heating lamp, stool, even basket for your laundry and small wash basin if you want to do some manual washing. It is a few minutes walk to IGA and many cafes and restaurants in the area. We will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Albany!
