Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast options for the price. I don’t know if they have airport shuttle since I used Uber instead. We were 4 guests so I would recommend bigger trash cans in the room and restrooms. Overall a good stay! We stayed 4 days instead of 3 and host connected my reservation so we didn’t have to switch rooms!

This was a very nice and affordable hotel option for us. It had plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean and check in was smooth.

Nice hotel for a budget

Good budget hotel. The hot water heater for the shower is not powerful enough, will be either a small trickle of hot water or just cold water. The area at night isn’t good but there is a grocery store just one block away and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Nice comfortable place/room. Many options within walking distance. Felt very secure.. Second floor tend to noisy, due to garage and street. Need to step up cleanliness, specially the bathroom (hair). All in all, a nice place. Will I go back? YES! 0-5: 4.5 0-10: 7.5

4/10 Fair

Staff were amazing and cleaning was superb. But the main issues were lack of proper hot water for showers and too much road noise coming even though room was on 5th floor. It is quite shocking that the apartments do not have proper hot showers. I complained 5 times and every time they tell me that someone will come soon and nobody came. I would never stay in this place again. Poor.

4/10 Fair

Staff were very nice and welcoming but property can be improved a whole lot, run down facilities, lack of hot water, no safes in room, food for breakfast is bland, no a/c, rooms are in need of upgrade, doors are damaged and easy to access any room without the keys .

2/10 Poor

Parking is not included though it is listed as one of the amenities. They say you can contact them for an early check-in, except they don’t answer your messages. The smell of fabuloso in the room is migraine-inducing. They place a cot in the living room and somehow that along with the main bed is supposed to accommodate 4 guests. The workers may be rather underpaid because it’s apparent they don’t want to be there. Just stay away for peace of mind.

8/10 Very good

The building and room was clean, good house keeping, good location. The only issue we had was with the Wi-Fi. I brought this to their attention on more than one occasion in the first girl just didn’t seem to wanna be bothered. The second girl tried to troubleshoot, but for some reason, the Internet reception was spotty at best on all of our devices. Otherwise, no complaints.
