Parecia ok, dormir 2 noites. Terrible experience. The category that you at hotels.com advertise for this hotel as a standard double room is actually a room in an old building that's over 20 years old. The hallways smell of mold. After I complained, they put me on the 6th floor. It seemed okay, I slept there for two nights. On the third night, when I went to bed after an exhausting day, I lifted the covers and there was a cockroach in my bed. I requested a room change and was put in the new building. The breakfast is awful. There's a sign in the bathroom saying that if you throw paper in the toilet you can get a fine, and if you leave the card in the key you get a fine because you're wasting energy.

Excelente estadia, atendimento excepcional, café variado e gostoso.

6/10 Good
