I was a Japanese guest who stayed for about a week during the rainy season.
Unfortunately, for the first three days of my stay, I was unable to leave my room due to gout. Initially, those three days were very difficult, requiring me to use Grab to arrange meals and medication. However, thanks to this hotel, I was able to spend my time very comfortably.
The staff showed great concern and provided truly attentive and thorough support, including bringing meals to my room. Also, the shower water was the warmest I've ever experienced in a hotel, which I greatly appreciated.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the exhibition hall in District 7. While District 7 and its surrounding area are beautifully maintained, prices are somewhat higher, giving it a more refined atmosphere compared to the vibrant, typically Vietnamese feel of District 1. It's a very peaceful environment, making it an ideal area for couples traveling together.
