We loved our stay at the Residentas Aurea. The location is perfect, close to the water, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable with a good sized kitchen and a washer and dryer. Our coffee maker broke and they were there right away with a brand new replacement. They also replenished our supplies. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and perfectly supplied with nespresso pods, treats, et al. Overall, clean, safe,accessible to retaurants, banks, and a short walk to groceries. We washed our laundry and when the dryer did not function, the wonderful manager came and took our clothes to dry, folded them and returned them. WOW! The experience was being well cared for and I would stay again and highly recommen this busienss to travelers.

Highly recommend! We booked this place for the cleanliness, central location, washing machine and king bed. It was great! Very clean and neat, and comfortable bed. Laundry soap was provided for the washing machine, as well as a drying rack, thank you! We loved the location - in the flat part of Baixa between Rossio Square and the big Arch at Praca do Comercio (a short walk in either direction), with many restaurants and shops nearby. We walked to the castle, took a tram to Belem. The Story Museum and Bacalhau Museum and Tourist Information are at the Praca, very close. We found that both Uber and Bolt had a problem picking us up right outside - I’m guessing due to the one-way street and busy traffic. Much easier for pickup at Rossio Square or by the Arch. Management provided some regular coffee capsules for the coffee machine but they did not have any decaf coffee, a disappointment. WiFi worked fine. Building was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
