I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children, the pools and slides are amazing. There are loads of sun loungers on offer and seating area, a plus is there are no queues or running to get your sun loungers, it’s really calm. The rooms are clean and beds and towels changed everyday. Staff are constantly keeping all areas of the hotel well maintained and clean. The staff are really friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant, we throughly enjoyed the food as well.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Best Lloret Splash. The hotel is located close to the beach, Lloret Castle and local shops. It also has Swimming pool and water park on site. Good size bedrooms and delicious food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

IT WAS ONE OF THE HOTELS WE WHERE STAYING IN LORET DE MAR. THIS ONE HAD THE BEST FOOD, THE BEST ROOMS, AND GOOD LOCATION. ONLY WHAT NEED TO REFRESH IS WHATER SLIDES THEY LITTLE BIT TIRED. BUT IN TOTAL IS VERY GOOD. SO TOP OF HOTELS I VISITED 1 BEST LORET SPLASH 2 SAMBA 3 SURF MAR

Really good but there's room for improvement

The best is the water park fir the children. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean The food is ok but there's so much waste in the restaurant. They really need to think about imposing fines to guests who don't know how to use a buffet sensibly. People smoke everywhere outside and nobody challenges them. This was very annoying as I have young children.

The whole place has a strange look and feel of a hospital - it is quite minimalistic aside from the pool area. Dinners and breakfasts were really loud and noisy, the dining hall is an echo chamber. The pool was fun as long as there was no music blasting (usually wasn't). Did not have to fight for sun loungers, there were enough even in July despite the hotel being clearly busy. Probably okay for this type of family accomodation.

Very standard. Unlikely to return.

As a family with many childern ages 2- 14 the children had a good time in the pools on the slides etc. However, there was a lack of activities, other than a game of water football once a day and a game of darts. There were pool tables there but that was it. Leaving the majority of the pre teens here to just run wild all day and evening. Evening entertainment wasnt all that great either same childs disco with 5 songs every night. And only outdoor.

Très bel hôtel, plutôt bien situé et globalement propre. Le personnel du restaurant pour le pdj est vraiment excellent, accueillant et professionnel. J’ai apprécié le parking, très spacieux et pratique, même s’il est payant, car il y a très peu de possibilités de se garer à l’extérieur. La chambre était très belle, lumineuse et propre. Seul gros bémol : une forte odeur de tabac froid, vraiment désagréable. La douche est également à revoir : le sol est très glissant et le système d’évacuation en plastique était cassé. Je suis malheureusement tombée et me suis fait très mal. la piscine est excellente, avec de nombreux toboggans, ce qui a vraiment plu. En revanche, le sol autour de la piscine devient extrêmement glissant lorsqu’il est mouillé, au point que même le trajet jusqu’aux toilettes peut être dangereux. Dans l’ensemble, un très bel hôtel avec de nombreux points positifs, mais certains problèmes de sécurité mériteraient vraiment d’être pris au sérieux.

Las instalaciones son buenas, habitaciones modernas. Lo único el turismo de baja calidad y el poco control de los trabajadores del horel por el cumplimiento de sus normas, no se puede fimar y todos fuman, no se puede correr y todos corren, no se pueden colchonetas en la piscina y estaba llena. Los toboganes un solo socorrista para 9 toboganes, se tiran cuando quieren, con bebidas, sin dejar espacio y golpeandote. Una peba porque so cobtrolaran esto y mejoraran el buffet (no llega ni ha 3 estrellas) el horel seria de 10! Bueno, tambien estaria bien que los teabajadores entendieran el castellano y el catalan

Gracias a la empleada de buffet, Mari Ángeles, que se implicó más de lo debido, gestionó un cambio de habitación solucionando el problema. También agradecer el trato de los trabajadores del comedor.
