In order to get in through the door at check-in, I had to fill in an online form that was only available in Spanish. Bathroom windows were fully transparent, no blinds! The windows was facing a wall so it unlikely that anyone would be able to see in by accident, but it gave me a very uneasy feeling. Bathroom was also very cold.

Séjour express dans ce super hôtel

Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin.

Une route à 2,5km de l’hôtel en montant un peu.

Segura est un lieu magnifique. Petite ville pittoresque du pays basque espagnol avec un vrai cachet. Belles batisses, bien entretenue, gens sympa. L'hôtel est bien situé avec un parking gratuit à proximité. Chambre moderne, propre, avec tout le confort espéré. Personnel arrangeant mais ne parle pas anglais ou français.
