Had a lovely stay for 2 nights while doing the 3 peaks ideal location 5 mins drive , Breakfast made on request before 6am was amazing start to the day very helpful and friendly hosts even booked us a table at a nearby restaurant beds are comfortable that was a god send after 24 miles has the traditional cottage feel that we found great would highly recommend

Had a wonderful 3 night stay here recently. The twin room was very comfortable & clean with an en-suite toilet & shower. Tea, coffee, kettle & milk provided. Off road parking & WIFI included. The hosts were very accommodating with plenty of local knowledge & were very hospitable. They offer an evening meal too which was selected at breakfast & it was delicious after a days walking. Would love to return here.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful location, delicious food. I had a small room for one person, but with a large bathroom overlooking the Dales. Settle is nearby, nice town, and there´s a cosy pub up the road.

Everything was perfect. From the very warm and friendly welcome to the bedroom and it‘s decoration to breakfast and the hepful tipps and hints about what to do and where to go. Little things like the good morning note in our language on the butter in the morning, or the afternoon cake & tea make this a very memorable stay that I will certainly keep saved for future visits to this part of England.

Stayed two nights at Middle Studfold Farm and what a fantastic experience. Jan and Edd were extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of recommendations for food and hikes. Tasty breakfast each morning and great conversation. We opted for a packed lunch one of the days. Room was perfect and very comfortable beds. Well stocked coffee and teas in the room, with fresh milk available. Great Wi-Fi and plenty of parking.

This accommodation is outstanding. The owners have thought of everything. It's home from home with luxury touches. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views All the food is freshly made and nothing is too much trouble. Jen made us pack lunches with homemade bread and cakes which were delicious. We had an incredible stay here, the hosts were really welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond by offering us lifts to various destinations during our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and the food was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. We had a really lovely, relaxing stay here. Jan was so helpful and kind, and gave us lots of advice for our 3 Peaks hike. The b&b is perfectly located for this, just a 5 min drive from Horton. Our room was so comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Great coffee facilities in the room, a big comfy bed and clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was easy, right outside the b&b. We will definitely come back to stay! ❤️

Great from check in to check out and everything in between. Jan couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful with information on the area. Room was very comfortable with nice touches like dressing gowns available if we’d wanted to use them. Everything throughout the property was spotless. Dinner was cooked to perfection as was the Yorkshire breakfast. The choice of cold breakfast items was plentiful from yogurt to granola parfait to cereals & fresh fruit salad. If we are ever needing accommodation in the area again we will definitely be looking to go back. And will recommend to our family & friends

Excellent location ; plenty of free car parking. Just a few yards off the main highway and 5 minutes by car up to Horton in Ribblesdale railway station. very comfortable rooms ( 5 in total). Very well furnished with immaculate bathroom/shower. Warning - wash basin hot water scalding hot.. decent shower. Spotless rooms. Well above standard breakfast with traditional/ Vegetarian options plus yoghurts, cereals, fruit etc. Owners very helpful in all ways. Teahouse run by the owners next door with wide range of homemade cakes, scones etc. A good choice for any number of nights.
