Beautiful hotel with theme arcade games. Very nice. Enough free parking spaces. Clean room and enough space. The breakfast was in Novotel, with more choice than normal in Ibis Styles, but the service was a disaster. Many staff members, but like running chickens. They put egg in the microwave (it’s not fresh), you need to wait almost 10 min before it’s ready, and then it’s still cold. Also 2x need to wait 5mins for croissants, and also for fruit. Normally I spend about 45min max at the breakfast, but now it was 1u20(!) because of the very slow service. With more than 700kms to drive that day it wasn’t a nice surprise. The staff where very friendly, that was more than ok.

Room temp was set to 24 degrees and the air con didn’t work, the staff said it was because it was 18 degrees outside the week before but in what world does that make a comfortable sleeping temp 24? And surely I should be able to change it. Eventually got a fan from a very helpful night shift worker

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Couchage très confortable, pour nous et les enfants, chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel souriant, décoration super sur le thème des jeux de consoles. Mes enfants et moi-même avons adoré les jeux mis à disposition dans le hall. (ping-pong, baby ... ) Hôtel que je reprendrais surement si je refais une escale dans le coin.

Séjour de 5 nuits. Le personnel est accueillant et aux services des clients. Hôtel bien tenu et agréable lors du séjour avec les enfants. Accès à la piscine et aux différents jeux ( table de ping pong et autres baby foot ) au top pour se détendre. Je recommande !

Propre, bonne literie, le Ibis style est dans les mêmes locaux que le Novotel. La décoration des couloirs et la couleur des peintures sont étranges, on peut se demander s’il s’agit d’un hôtel du groupe Accor. Il manquait un oreiller, il a fallu demander à l’accueil. Buffet petit déjeuner appréciable.

Sehr empfehlenswert – gerne wieder! Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Heimreise von Spanien nach Deutschland gewählt – und wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Besonders praktisch sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze und das bereits im Preis enthaltene Frühstück. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre) unterwegs und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Da wir jedes Jahr dieselbe Route fahren, steht für uns bereits fest: Auch 2027 werden wir wieder hier übernachten! 😊 Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is well located on the edge of Lyon if you need a place to stay on the road. It seems to be geared towards families, though there appeared to be different types of travellers there and it is close to a major exhibition centre. Things that were wrong or annoyed me were: One of the gates (marked exit) wasn't working. This led to confusion as drivers leaving the car park had to use the Enter gate which angered Drivers trying to get in as they didn't understand ad there was no sign. All the hotel information shows a swimming pool. But there is no mention of an additional 5 euros per person charge until you check in. This strikes me as mean. The fabric of the hotel looks tired and in need of refurbing. The child themed decor throughout is irritating. The eggs served at breakfast were cold and unappealing (There is a microwave, perhaps you are meant to heat them yourself. The bread and pastries were good. Generally, it all felt a little underwhelming and a far cry from the welcoming hostel for weary travellers.

Séjour comme chaque année personnels d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité exceptionnelle le directeur peut être fier deux au petit soins pour nous à n’importe quelle heure même la nuit femme de chambre EXCEPTIONNELLE !!!!!!!! Le personnels du petit déjeuner juste incroyable un vrai plaisir et venir on c’est comme chez nous parfait pour les enfants egalement

Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec baignoire, un peu d'attente en arrivant (45minutes), la chambre n'était pas prête. Problème de climatisation mais une personne est vite venue. Sinon des activités pour les enfants, baby, ping pong, univers jeux vidéos/geek. Le petit déjeuner est top. Par contre les prix au bar sont excessif, 5e le coca, quasi 5e le double espresso.
