The front desk staff and the valet parking team were lovely and always went out of their way to greet us, open doors and assist us with anything. OLV 55 is a lovely property on a lagoon and 3 blocks from the beach - it has two restaurants that are run independently (cannot charge food to room). We found the beds comfy, service delightful and we have no complaints.
