Many pools to choose from, full resort amenities. On site bowling alley, full Activities department. Overall great value and great stay. Near Disney Springs, Icon Park and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here twice now, and both times were just fabulous. The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean as could be. We love the screened in patios and how large the rooms are. Planning another trip to Orlando next month and will absolutely stay here again.

Be aware of resort fees

The stay was great but my slight dissatisfaction is with Hotels.com. The website said nothing about a resort fee so my stay was an additional $50. But it was a nice place and still worth the money, it would just be nice to know especially if you are traveling on a budget.

If you're here with your kids it's probably a 3 star. If you're here alone on a work trip it's the worst decision you've ever made. All the advertised poolside bars and restaurants will be closed by the time you get back to your hotel leaving you with the main Dave and Busters type bar/restaurant as your only choice.

I like the outside of the property; it was well kept and maintained. The DJ was very interactive during pool time and the bar was clean. The stores added a nice touch to the property as you could conveniently grab a bite to eat. As for the rooms, once you purchase a room for Westgate Spa and Resort via Orbitz, there is a strong possibility the booking is with the time shareholder. Let me further explain. Once I arrived and waited for my room keys at guest services for over 10 minutes, I then was taken over to what I thought was a villa. Once I walked into the room, we noticed that people were walking very close to our window. There was no balcony nor pull-out couch. All of what we signed up for. I contacted guest services and was advised that the time-share holder changed our rooms the day before arriving unbeknownst to me. The representative also advised that our villa was the SAME as an efficiency. A villa consisted of a view of the pool and pull-out bed. The efficiency has a "kitchen" and two beds. I surely didn't receive any communication about a change in the room. I then called guest services and was advised to go back to guest services and speak to Rachel. Rachel never showed, but another gentleman did and took care of the move to our villa.

They charged me a resort fee which wasn’t detailed in my itinerary. And they wouldn’t give it back they made me check out before my itinerary said I would have too overall not great

I had reservations for a room with a balcony and did not get it. The room was outdated as well. I have visted several westgate properties and this was my least favorite experience. I don’t think I will be returning.

This is more on Expedia, they said they had an airport shuttle, Westgate does not offer one. The rest is on Westgate. My son and I waited over an hour for our food at their restaurant, we never received it, but several people that were there half the time got their food before us. All Westgate said was we are sorry, did absolutely nothing to try and make it right. I was unexpectedly charged an extra 150 dollars when we arrived, it was to be able to use the hotel amenities. We were unable to use anything because of rain, we tried to play mini golf and was told it was closed, it was absolutely beautiful outside. Never got to use the water park. Because of rain, even though the rain stopped and it was a beautiful day. Staff was rude to my son and I while we were waiting for our Uber. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place, they seemed more interested in selling time shares instead of actually taking care of guests. This place is a ripoff and will never stay there again

Concierge forces you to leave a review right away without having to even stay a night. Wont be staying here in the future. Bed was dirty, Caused a rash in the 2nd day. Dirty towels left unattended under sink that smell bad.

Property had a resort type feel to it. Loved the rooms but unfortunately we were placed next to the laundry room which was loud in the morning. Loved the gym and my wife loved the spa. Many options for entertainment, and some options for dining. A little bit on the expensive side but overall worth it.

We got hit with a $50 “resort fee” for WiFi and local calling and use of the safe in the room after paying online. The room had spiders on the couch that made a web to the kitchen table. The guest bathroom’s toilet was leaking on the ground and we were heavily solicited for the timeshare they are trying to sell. After refusing to go to the timeshare meeting after we checked in we were also woken up the next day around 9:00am with an additional call to try to get us to attend. The lazy river and the pool/bar advertised online is in fact not included and costs an additional $20/person to gain access too. Country music was playing on high volume from the pool at all hours and could be heard from inside our room. Overall a pretty sub par experience and not worth $200 per night. The guy I met in the elevator had roaches in his room that he expressed after raging on the ice machine that wasn’t working. Parking was impossible to find after 10pm so we had to park in the parking garage a few blocks from our building and walk. (In the cold rain, which wasn’t their fault) there were golf car shuttles that picked family’s up from the garage to their buildings but they never stopped or asked to pick me up.
