The hotel is in a magnificent location with awesome views! The host was super friendly, helpful and on time to greet us on check in and out. The only thing to note is that you have to find your own parking which is a bit tricky and that the unit does not have air conditioning, on a hot summer day its quite warm. If you are looking for a no-frills, great location hotel, this is it.

The location of this unit with city views can’t be beat! With the windows open the city is right there below you - and at night the clock tower and fort are all lit up and beautiful . Such a great vantage point. Unit is very large and we enjoyed the extra space. Unit is not air conditioned so open windows at night is a must. We got to this unit late and had some challenges figuring out how to get in - we missed the time wi Dow to be greeted and actually had to call the host for instructions - at my cost.

Expected to arrive at a hotel, was surprised to find a private rent without someone to talk to, even though we arrived exactly within the limited check-in time 17-19. The phone number on the door (to get the code for the keybox) was barely readable, had to ask for help. In the room there was no mirror in the toilet room, no waste basket (only a small hygiene bucket by the toilet). No door to the bathroom!! The description said nothing about this being a private rent, we would have like to know this. The location is good, right in the centre.

Creaking floor in an attic room wasn’t great. Nice view from the window, if you were very small. Tricky staircase to deal with and very low ceilings in corridor. Looked like a fabulous room was unoccupied on ground floor but we weren’t offered it (even for a price) Hostess nice and helpful but no English. Continental breakfast was nice. Great location

Issues with payment not being transferred by Expedia. The manager did not think we were staying. She was not happy. We repaid for our room & are now seeking a refund for our deposit. The location & room was actually lovely with a beautiful bathroom & the softest of towels.

The house was amazing and classy, but was a bit far away from the station, about 20 min walk. Particularly we had a big suitcase and it was not easy to walk on the paving stone road. However, the house was quiet and easy access to the town center. We were located on the ground floor, so a bit worried and felt uneasy during the night.

Logis des Cordeliers is a stunning old building and a gorgeous place to stay in Saint-Émilion. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A charming bed and breakfast in a beautiful village. Our hostess was very attentive and helpful. The bedroom was large and beautifully but simply decorated in a sympathetic style to the old building. The location was central to the main attractions. The only slight negative was there was no view over the town and vineyards from our room.

The hotel is restored lovingly with a great view of St. Emillion. It's tricky to find the hotel and GPS had a hard time figuring out which tiny street to turn on to but we eventually found it. Parking is limited - we were extremely lucky and got one close by. The only thing I'd recommend is having a cold breakfast of croissants or something made available as the restaurant that the owner recommended was closed when we left. After walking around we found a little Tabac shop that served coffee and croissants.

Property is in a great location and very clean with convenient carpark. A little pricey without breakfast or any amenities included. No place in town to get breakfast either which i thought would be easy. Room is large and nice. Some mixup with payment prior to check in that caused some angst as i was told my room would be cancelled. Overall a good room.

Not once in any communication was it made known that this is a B&B not a hotel. No parking within 3 blocks. No door to the shower and sink room . Toilet in a separate room. One trash can for the entire room that was the size of an ice bucket! Host was only available between 5-7 pm.
