Hiromas Hotel Kotobuki - Hostel

The place was great and the staff super friendly. My only complaint was that it was always FREEZING inside. In the lounge, rooms, bathrooms.

I stayed two nights. Very nice staff. The place is less than a year old so in very nice condition. The doors have good soundproofing and there are luggage lockers and communal kitchen.

The place is amazing, love it. We originally stayed here for one night and ended up extending our stay by another 4! Great room, lots of space, lots of privacy, super clean, comfy bed.

The entire place was spotless, the rooms were super cosy (we were here in December when it was super cold in Japan but the rooms were really snug, always warm, made a nice welcome when you came in in the evening). The beds are so comfy, and although they’re little cubicles you’re in, you actually have plenty of space ! My boyfriend is 6 ft 2 and the bottom bunk bed was plenty long enough for him! There was a USB charging point and a little safety box with a key in your bedroom to place valuables eg. watches, rings, money, and there is also fairly big lockers in the dorm room for extra bags. We kept ours under the bed the whole time though and it was completely safe. There are also a couple of hangers if you need to hang up jackets or something. Also, the 1000 yen (£7) for the bath for two is a MUST. The bath is huge and omg so relaxing .. especially if you’ve been travelling for 3 months like us !
