Dirty hotel

when we arrived at the reception 1st day no one said Ola or hello wich is very rude, no details no nothing speechless. The hotel is veryy dirty they don’t clean or change the beds and towels once in 3 days. We decide to stay from morning to evening round Puerto Rico, Mogan amazing place because we didn’t want to spend time at the dirty hotel

Huoneen siisteys kohtalaista/heikkoa, siivous todella rajoitettua verrattuna muihin alueen hotelleihin. Tiskata piti itse, eikä hotellilta saanut ostettua edes tiskiharjaa tms. Sängyt kovat/epämukavat ja allasalueen aurinkotuolit loppuunkuluneita.

Fantastisk ferie.

Fantastisk ophold.

The rooms are dated but clean would be better if the room had a microwave and ac unit pretty cold in december. But overall pretty good.

Bra hotell, sentralt.

Fint hotell sentralt i Puerto Rico. Trivdes veldig godt her. Mangler morgen sol, men hadde kveldssola.

Cala Nova is in a great position, the reception staff are very helpful and polite. TV viewing card initially didn't but was promptly sorted. Only downside I would say is no microwave, which could be handy if needed. Overall great place to stay and definitely stay there again.

Feriereise

Bodde 18 dager i jan/feb -19. Bra utgangspunkt for turer i fjellet (Norskeplassen m.m.) Sol på terrassen fra ca.12.00 til 18.30. Hotellet reklamerer med fri Wi-fi, men det gjalt bare 30 minutter, resten må man betale for.
