10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly staff. The location is very convenient. A few minutes walk from the train station and major sightseeing points. The bus to Miramare Castle and Barcalo is just cross the street. Fresh (flavored) water in the lobby. Excess to coffee all day long.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location. Close to buses, taxi’s, train station, good restaurants. Hotel was clean, staff were kind and very accommodating. I had a single room, which was perfect for one person. Bed was comfortable in comparison to other hotels in Italy. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, which was great. There were many delicious choices for breakfast. Always fresh fruit, protein, pastries etc. Coffee, tea, cappuccino and other hot drinks were available at all times, no additional cost. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

The room was very clean. It is a vintage hotel - built in 1801 if we remember correctly. Small elevator (3 people only) but it works. Sometimes you have to wait a bit. Good continental breakfast. Excellent service and staff. Always helpful.

The hotel was good but only issue was I could hear voices in other rooms and footsteps past midnight last night. The breakfast is good and staff delightful. No other issues. There is an elevator but a set of stairs to get luggage to the door
