Need to immprove the service.
Very close to Vatican. The kitchen was common with 3 more rooms - and we were not told before. Many kitchen equipment but no kettle, and empty coffee jar. The service was poor: no one clean the room and kitchen.

Average, but pretty cheap and in a good location
Right opposite the Vatican museum entrance so easy to find. We were in a double room, smaller than the room shown in most of the pictures, had one chair and a bed. There was a free safe and a TV. The bed was made with just a sheet and no covers, we found a duvet in a drawer but no duvet cover. The shower was a reasonably powerful rainfall shower. There were no toiletries. There was no housekeeping in the room in the three days we were there. Wifi worked OK. Didn't really use the kitchen. Noticed there was milk 10 days past its use by date in the fridge, so maybe housekeeping should be checking a bit more. Convenient for the Vatican, not far from the metro and lots of bus routes.
