This was, by far, the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Booked a room with a big balcony. Only to discover that the balcony was a shared place, no privacy. The rooms had mold, smelled, and had lack of maintenance and cleaning procedures. Leaking toilet and the hot water boiler had to be turned off and on when showering (they showed oss the fuse, but I did not know why we needed to do this). The parking was full all the time, so we had to park on the street. The pool was dirty, with hair floating around in it, and no lifeguard. Got an upgrade to a new room, but it was not much better. The locking on the door stopped working several times and we were told to just bring the cash and passport and leave the rest (with the door open). The staff did the best they could, tried their best to help us and was friendly and understanding, and after 2 long days, they gave us a partly refund so we could move out. This hotel needs maintanence, s better description for facilities and a real scrub down before it could get better.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Olympia was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in very poor condition and far below what we expected. The hotel is advertised as being near the beach, but it is actually quite far from the beach, which was very misleading. The hotel is located on a steep slope, making parking very difficult and risky. We were travelling with a 1-year-old child, yet despite the hotel knowing this in advance, we were given a room right at the bottom of the reception area. We had to climb approximately 35 stairs up and down every time we needed to reach our room, which was extremely inconvenient with a small child. Room service was not provided unless we specifically asked for it, and when we did ask, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The pool bar staff were equally unpleasant. The pool bar guy was constantly on his phone, behaved very rudely, and was frequently swearing. The most shocking part of our stay was that the pool bar staff member even threatened to hit us while we were in our car. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. Overall, the staff were extremely rude, the rooms were very poor, the location was misleading, and the service was unacceptable. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Overall we had a good stay and the staff was nice but the main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. But the pool was drained and it didnt have a view (which i thought it would have). The rooms are also quite aged but i believe they may be renovating at the moment. Overall could have been a lot worse but definitely could have been better.

Resepsiyondaki görevli Hotels.com’u dahi bilmiyordu. Odaların ses yalıtımı çok kötü; yan odalardan ve koridordan gelen tüm sesler odanın içinde duyuluyor. Odalar da oldukça eski ve bakımsız. Otelin tek olumlu yanı otoparkının bulunması ve unuttuğum eşyayı akşam tekrar giderek alabilmiş olmam.

Ældre hotel - ikke rent og vores hotelværelse levede slet ikke op til et deluxe room. Aircon virkede ikke- fik tilbudt nye rum, som begge var alm værelser med meget larmende aircon( det ene meget småt, så tog det større, men måtte slukke aircondition for at kunne få lidt søvn pga larmen, og det havde ingen mørklægnings gardin.) Poolområde havde kun meget få solsenge, så folk lå i sofaer. Eneste positive var den unge, venlige kvinde som tjekkede os ind og udsigten fra værelset over Sarandë. Samt restauranten “Fish bar” som ligger tæt på. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Camera già all’arrivo sporca . Zero pulizie in 4 giorni , abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi degli asciugamani e quanto ci serviva, tra l’altro cercando la proprietaria in tutto l’albergo perché la reception era sempre chiusa . Indicano parcheggio disponibile ma se ci stanno 4 macchine è già tanto , che devi parcheggiare uno dietro l’altro e la mattina alle 7 ti bussano per fare uno spostamento di macchine . L’unica persona gentile è stato il signore che ci aiutava a tirare fuori la macchina . Esperienza orribile , mai più . E anche quando siamo andate via non sapevamo né dove né a chi lasciare la chiave , calcolando che siamo andate via alle 10 del mattino . A 2 min fino al mare , sto beato , almeno 20 min all’andata perché in discesa, poi è tutto in salita , quindi almeno una buona mezz ora.
