Lovely friendly staff basic hotel

A group of 10 of us stayed here so we could attend the Imola GP. The staff were lovely and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was all you could eat buffet style which was ideal. The rooms are basic, but have the essentials. It needs a little sprucing up and a lick of paint. The pool was lovely and the hotel is also close to the beach. There are free bikes you can use, which needed a little oil on the chains, but still work fine.

A time for renovation!!!

We booked the hotel for a week, for a MotoGP weekend plus 5 days of beach and pleasure. The location and atmosphere was perfect, our room was the smallest one which we where okay with, but the air condition in our room was NOT ok at all. After the first night we complained and requested a technician to look at it due to the sounds of the aircon and it was leaking water which made the floors wet every night. The following nights was more or less the same and every day we talked to the front desk and requested help, and I told them the sounds got worse and worse. And at the last night it completely broke down and shuts off in the middle of the night. At check out, we where met with no sympathy, still she saw in her log that we have asked for help every day. SO, find another place where your basic requirements are met for a nice stay in Rimini.

Hotel Belvedere was very convenient, pleasant and well organized. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, if you need information the staff was ready to help, if you wanted to relax at the pool you could and if you wanted to go to the beach they have a special offer with a lido nearby as well. Comfortable beds in the rooms, independent ac units in each room as well.

The position of hotel is very good but the room was bad, the room was small and painted with colour red and string blue. There was no light in the shower and there was a step to the bathroom, I fell once at night. I can not recommend it to my friend.

The air conditioning system was set to winter mode, which meant it was not possible to cool the rooms. We had booked 3 rooms and informed the staff about the issue from the first day. Although we were told it would be checked, the problem remained throughout our stay. At check-out, we were finally informed that the system was intentionally set to winter mode and therefore unable to provide cooling. With temperatures between 20–27°C during our stay, this was quite disappointing and affected the overall comfort of the rooms.

Budget hotel with everything you need if visiting Rimini. Hotel well positioned on the boardwalk for the beach and close to numerous bars and restaurants including the excellent Rose & Crown. Rooms are very small including a tiny bathroom and shower. Ok if just sleeping. Fridge,tv. No in room safe or kettle though. Air conditioning in the heat we had was very welcome. Daily housekeeping. Decent buffet breakfast with enough to set you up for the day. Pool is small but absolutely perfect, not too many loungers but we had no issues siting round it and having a swim. There's a little garden bar area too for drinks. We had a good 2 night stay here, perfect for us for a short break and on a budget.

Not to recommend. Not 3 star hotel. 1 star. Dirty floors. Bad smell. Terrible breakfast. Not very friendly staff, especially one girl in the reception. Not worth the money.

A terrific hotel

What i liked about this hotel: the staff, the price, the location, the hotel grounds, and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them. The price really couldn't be beat. The location was amazing - overlooking the beach, near the train station, and close to many restaurants. There are numerous common areas in the hotel (the front garden, the lobby, the pool and the breakfast area) perfect for relaxing and reading. Lastly, the pool is very nice and is open until 11pm - just the thing when you want to swim again but it's too late to go to the beach. The hotel doesn't have its own beach but you do get a discounted rate for the spot just in front of the hotel. We spent 4 euro per person to rent beach chairs for the day and had a great time. The room isn't modern and the bed wasn't the comfiest but it was fine. It has AC that works well and good showers. The parking on-site is limited but we were able to find street parking in a neighborhood on the other side of the train station - about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall I really liked this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Die Dusche war kaputt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht – für den Preis bekommt man deutlich zu wenig geboten. Um 8:30 Uhr wurde ich durch die Wassergymnastik geweckt, da die Wände sehr dünn sind und der Lärm deutlich bis ins Zimmer dringt. Erholung ist so kaum möglich. Das Nachtpersonal war unfreundlich und sprach kaum Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Außerdem gibt es keine „Bitte nicht stören“-Schilder für die Zimmertüren, was ich für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ungewöhnlich finde. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend und für ein Hotel nicht ausreichend. Der einzige positive Punkt ist die sehr gute Lage. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt leider enttäuschend.
