This property is great for solo female travellers for a short stay. The locker areas fit a carry on size suitcase comfortably, and there are plenty of showers, bathrooms, and sinks so you never have to wait! The capsule area is very clean, spacious, and quiet. The vibe is also very sleek and modern looking. The front desk helped me get rid of some cardboard waste.

Great accommodations in a lovely neighbourhood close to the train station and good food. Facility was amazing and capsules very comfortable and spacious. Please be aware that there are cameras in the capsules which you can ask staff to be turned off.
My only compliant which is not the facilities fault because they do communicate the rules and there is signage, is that travellers use this space like a youth hostel and don’t obey rules like no luggage and shoes in the sleeping area/floor. So where there should be silence on the sleeping floor, we had other visitors wlaking in their shies, packing, and making noises. This was not significant enough to impact our great experience here.

Perfect place to stay in Akasaka. Hotel was absolutely lovely, one of my favourites in my entire Japan trip. I only stayed for a night but easily could’ve stayed for a week, the bathrooms were clean and the lobby nice. It was a good environment and situated in an amazing area close to shops, food and the station. 100% would recommend and will definitely stay here on my next Tokyo visit.

The capsule itself was very clean and is made up each day. I would recommend wearing ear plugs as other customers were quite noisy. The washroom was a bit grubby but that was because of how many were using it .It was also cleaned daily. Great if travelling on a budget. Great location.

It was a nice experience, i booked because i wanted to experience a Japanese capsule hotel. But if you dont have the budget for a proper hotel, this is your best bet.
Its very clean, modern and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and the place i generally very clean. They provide towels and some other useful amenities including hair dryers.
One very important thing i was concerned about with a budget option like this were the clientele (other guests within the hotel), and i was pleased to see that they were mostly young men and women who are all clean, polite and well-mannered, no weirdos or slobs. Thats a huge plus.
Two issues with this place are the extremely small and narrow locker room downstairs where you have to really compete for space to take your suitcase out and fetch your clothes everyday and another issue is the sleeping pod itself does not have a built in fan or something inside, so the AC is only on the outside cooling the room in general which may result in the pods getting kinda hot inside. And one very weird thing is that there was a camera pointed towards my face in the pod, not sure why.
Again, i highly recommend this place if you’re on a tight budget. Note that the metro station is also close by which will make your life much easier.

The pods were pretty cool and comfortable to sleep in. But the locker room was often crowded, cramped, and smelled heavily of body odor from the other occupants, specifically the men’s locker room. Aside from the smells and odors, the pods provided a unique and memorable sleeping experience in Tokyo.

The capsules themselves are quite comfortable. Only bad thing is not being able to have your suitcase with you and lockers being small. Sometimes the showerw werent completely clean but usually they were always clean enough. The staff was always helpful. Main thing about this place is location and price. For the price id say its worth it and the location is close to 711 and many dininig options and convenience stores and other shops. The akasaka station is also very close by. The surrounding streets are safe and quiet

Such a unique experience!! But definitely a one-night stay. Safe, quiet, and cleaner than expected. But as a solo female traveler I only stayed one night so I could book a small hotel room for a little more personal space.

Good capsule hotel!
Showers and locker room were all clean and worked well. The capsule was good and quiet. It was a little too warm for me but otherwise no complaints.
