I loved everything about this hotel. The real gem is the people who work there. The food was superb. I loved my comfortable room. I will stay here again. We rented bikes and enjoyed the Duhnen and Cuxhaven area. I will return again next year for sure.

Absolut zufrieden mit Hotel und Kurz-Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Sehr wohltuender „alter Luxus-Schiff-Stil“ im ganzen Hotel ist nobel und romantisch. Restaurant sehr gut, nur leider ab 22h geschlossen. Frühstück-Buffet erstklassig. Zwar sehr dezente Musik im Restaurant, besser wäre gar keine. Autoparkplatz im Haus, günstiger Preis. Personal weit überdurchschnittlich gut. Hotel durchwegs empfehlenswert!

Zimmer und Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Freundlichkeit hervorragend. Parksituation nicht so gut. Im oberen Bereich im allgemeinen alle Plätze besetzt. Tiefgarage sehr enge Einfahrt, bei einem etwas größeren Auto für nicht so geübte Fahrer etwas schwierig.

Hotel hat seinen eigenen Charme. Zimmer geräumig, Matratzen etwas weich, aber dennoch bequem. Leider war das Duschwasser nur lauwarm. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich, hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Servicekräfte. Negativ: Laut Buchung gab es kostenfreie Parkplätze, vor Ort sollte man dann auf dem Meldeschein aber 12 EUR Parkgebühren pro Tag quittieren. Auf die Buchung hingewiesen, bedankte sich der Hotelchef für diese Info, trotzdem war er lediglich bereit, sich auf die hälftige Parkgebühr zu einigen. Das hätte ich bei einem derart wertigen Hotel und einer eindeutigen Buchung incl Parken anders erwartet.

Bad und WC sind getrennt. WC hat kein Waschbecken. Sportbereich und Schwimmbad sind nicht von diesem Zimmer via Fahrstuhl erreichbar gewesen. Man hätte an der Lobby / Bar vorbeilaufen müssen. Dazu lud das gesetztere Puplikum nicht wirklich ein. Frühstück war ein Highlight. Der Hofblick war auch nicht so die Wucht...

Hotelet ligger i et lækert strand område hvor man kan opleve natur, tidevand, og ikke mindst vadehavet forlænelse i tyskland ved udløbet af Elben i nordsøen. Der er mange udflugts muligheder i området samt byen Cuxhaven.

Super freundliches Personal. Hatten für unseren Hund den Napf vergessen, auch hier wurde direkt passender Ersatz gestellt. Auch das Restaurant, war am Abend (a la Carte) und zum Frühstück 1A. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Trotz der zentralen Lage in Duhnen (ok, war in der Nebensaison), war das Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum Entschleunigen

tolle Lage, altes Hotel, mittelmäßiger Service

Die Dame am Empfang war nicht unhöflich, aber auch nicht gerade freundlich und der erste Eindruck war eher schlecht. Das ganze Hotel kann mal nur mit Chipschlüssel benutzen. Der Aufzug, die Türen (von denen es im Hotel sowieso recht viele gibt-allein in unserem einfachen Doppelzimmer 5 Türen),... Trotz erhöhtem Zimmerpreis kamen noch einige kleinere Extrakosten auf uns zu...(zb 11€ Tiefgarage, tägliche Steuern von ca.5€ pro Tag für 2 Personen,...) Im Grunde und ganzen: tolle Lage, altes Hotel, mittelmäßiger Service, tolles Frühstück (Abendessen haben wir nicht genutzt, jedoch hätten wir das nach Ansicht der Karte auch nicht- (fast) ausschließlich Fisch und das sehr teuer...)
